John Davis has 25+ years of experience in the areas of Service Management. He is an innovative Service Management Consultant with key accomplishments in Technical Architecture and Development, Business Analysis and Strategy, Sales and pre-Sales, Delivery Management, and Team Leadership.  John holds extensive Enterprise Service Management Application knowledge and has consulted with many customers and led numerous successful Service Management initiatives.

He started his Service Management pursuits in the technical areas initially as a developer and then evolved into a solutions architect. Through the progression of his career, John made the leap into management where he built Service Management teams and ran practices. Though well entrenched management teams, John never ventures too far away from customer engagements; he very much enjoys getting his hands on the keyboard and helping the teams develop great solutions.
