PROJECT 1
Implementation of ITSM full suite using ServiceNow. Deployment included Incident, Change, Problem and Asset Management. Portal development with Service Catalog creation was included with this initiative.

PROJECT 2
Managed Services contract. Services included day-to-day ServiceNow system administration, patching and upgrading, and advanced development. Monthly reporting combined with SLA adherence.

PROJECT 3
Software Asset Management business analysis. Tasks included requirements gathering, design document creation, handover to development, testing, and training.

PROJECT 4
Custom application development. Creation of a hardware asset tracking and renewal system allowing the asset managers to be proactive on the state of their renewal cycles.
